Death By Chocolate

 I hop you enjoy preparing this recipe and even use it wisely ;) just use your imagination :P

 

My very own Death By Chocolate Dip / Sauce. The way u wanna call it.

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups - Milk (Avoid using Skimmed Milk).

 

200 gms - Dark Chocolate (70% or more dark - as you prefer).

 

200 gms - Chololate (You can use Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate here).

 

100 gms - White Chocolate.

 

4 - Heaped Teaspoons of Coffee. (Stronger the better - I Prefer Nescafe Gold).

 

4 - Heaped Teaspoons of Sugar. (Depends on how sweet you prefer. I personally like this to be bitter).

 

 

Method:

 

In a microwave bowl take all the chocolates together and heat it for a minute. Then add sugar and coffee and some milk and heat the mixture again for 2 minutes. Stir well the contents and add the remaining milk and then heat it in the microwave for 3 more minutes or until the mixture melts into smooth slurry like paste. Hurray the dip is ready. If you prefer this to be a lil thick add some more Regular or Dark Chocolate as you prefer. If you need this to be thin then dilute it with some more milk.

 

The key to make this recipe more exciting is improvisation and to use your imagination and be creative. You can even add some flavours to this like Vanilla or rose etc. just add a few drops of the flavour you prefer.

 

You can enjoy this with Cracker biscuits or any other. This can go as a topping on your ice creams as well. Or the way you want it. Again use your imagination ;)
